Personality development

Confidence is learned, one small step at a time.

Our personality development classes work on the presence behind the words: how a learner stands, speaks, listens and joins in. Batches for children, teens and adults.

“We enrolled our kid to boost his confidence as he used to take time to open up. In just 3 months he came out as more self confident and expressive.”

What we work on

Eight areas, practised in class

Each one is built through activities, not lectures. Learners try it, get feedback, and try again.

Confidence

Small, repeated wins in a supportive group build steady self-belief.

Body language

Posture, eye contact and gestures that support what you say.

Public speaking

Speaking to a group with structure and calm.

Conversation

Starting and holding a conversation with anyone.

Leadership

Taking initiative in group activities and discussions.

Interview presence

Presenting yourself clearly when it matters.

Expression

Using voice and emotion through speech and drama.

Etiquette

Manners, greetings and social awareness.

Inside a session

Practise it here. Use it everywhere.

Every session moves learners a little outside their comfort zone, then helps them reflect on how it went.

Warm up

A short activity to loosen up and get everyone talking.

Learn one skill

A greeting, a pause, an opening line, a posture.

Try it in front of the group

A short speech, a role-play or a mock interview.

Reflect

Feedback from the teacher and one thing to practise at home.

Try it at home

The 60-second speaking challenge

Pick a topic, press start and speak out loud for one minute. It’s a warm-up we use in class, and it works just as well at the dinner table.

  • Open with your main point
  • Add one example or story
  • End with a clear conclusion
Your topic

Describe a place in your city that everyone should visit.

60

Take five seconds to think. Then begin with your main point.

FAQ

About the program

My child is very shy. Will they be pushed on stage?

No. We start with pairs and small groups and build up gradually, at a pace that suits the child.

Is it only for children?

No. We run batches for kids, teens and adults, with activities suited to each age.

Can it be combined with Spoken English?

Yes. Language gives you the words; personality development helps with the delivery.
